Reicks View Farms has a lot of dedicated employees who share their passion for farming through the care of our animals and crops. Many others support the efforts of those on the front lines with everything from feed and equipment to paying bills. No matter your job it is an important one. The farm wouldn’t run as well without the hard work and dedication from everyone. We recognize the pandemic created challenges but we worked through them. We are stronger because of it. Reicks View Farms is happy to announce we will be adding a $1.00 an hour increase to wages and salaries for eligible employees starting with our next paycheck on June 2nd.
