Hog Driver
Reicks View Farms is seeking Market Hog Drivers to join our transportation team.
As a Market Hog Driver, you’ll assist in our mission of “Families Feeding Families” by providing safe, high-quality pork to consumers around the world. Every day you’ll play a vital role by safely delivering pigs to our processing partners.
As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for operating a semi-truck and trailer to transport market hogs (280 lbs.) from our finishing barns to our processing partners. You’ll also be responsible for making sure there is adequate bedding in the trailer to keep our pigs safe. During your first 60 days you’ll be trained on our biosecurity protocols and how to safely load, unload and transport livestock in all conditions.
The ideal person is a dependable and conscientious driver with a Class A CDL and clean driving record.
This position is ideal if you want the ability to be home each day, are energetic, and enjoy variety, movement, and interacting with animals. We have day and night shifts available.

Feed Truck Driver
Reicks View Farms is seeking Feed Truck Drivers to join our feed mill team.
As a Feed Truck Driver, you’ll assist in our mission of “Families Feeding Families” by providing safe, high-quality pork to consumers around the world. Every day you’ll play a vital role by safely delivering feed to barns throughout our production system.
As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for operating a semi-truck and feed trailer to transport and deliver feed to our sow, nursery and finishing barns. Feed is loaded into the trailer at the feed mill using an overhead drop. Once arriving at the designated barn, you will unload feed into the feed bins by controlling a hydraulic boom and auger.
The ideal person is a dependable and conscientious driver with a Class A CDL and clean driving record.
This position is ideal if you want the ability to be home each day and like to get in and out of the cab several times a day. This position averages 50 hours per week with day and night shifts available.

Mill Operator
Reicks View Farms is seeking a Mill Operator to join our feed mill team.
As a Mill Operator, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
– Review daily production records
– Schedule feed production
– Schedule employee shifts
– Assist in evaluating employee and equipment production
– Facilitate ingredient and feed sampling program
– Maintain standard operating procedures
– Perform various tests to ensure efficiency and performance standards are met
The ideal candidate is a team player, with basic mechanical skills and the ability to work in confined spaces and at higher elevations. Previous feed mill or elevator experience is a plus but not necessary.
This position averages 50-60 hours per week and works Monday-Friday.

Swine Production Technician
Reicks View Farms is seeking entry level and experienced Swine Production Technicians to join our sow farm team.
As a Swine Production Technician, you’ll play a major role in our mission of “Families Feeding Families” by providing safe, high-quality pork to consumers around the world. Everyday you’ll work with our pigs to ensure that they are happy, healthy and well cared for.
As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day care and health of our pigs. During your first 60 days you’ll be trained to safely handle and move sows and piglets, administer routine and
seasonal vaccinations, perform artificial insemination, monitor and attend to farrowing sows, and maintain production records.
The typical schedule for the Swine Production Technician is 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekends, but hours may vary.
The starting wage for the Swine Production Technician is $18.66/hr. Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Procurement: Partner with department heads to source and purchase parts, tools, and agricultural supplies; manage vendor relationships, lead times, and financial/invoice reconciliation.
– Inventory Optimization: Administer and optimize warehouse tracking using the eMaint CMMS system; conduct regular cycle counts, audit data, and manage part numbering for complex machinery.
– Warehouse Logistics: Safely oversee inbound/outbound freight, operate forklifts, and maintain an organized, efficient storage environment.
– Safety & Biosecurity: Enforce strict agricultural biosecurity protocols and champion the facility’s safety programs and risk mitigation efforts.
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
– Technical Aptitude: Proven experience with inventory management software (eMaint or equivalent CMMS/ERP platforms).
– Procurement Experience: Solid understanding of purchasing cycles, PO processing, and vendor negotiation.
– Logistics & Safety: Certified (or able to be certified) in forklift operation; strong commitment to industrial safety and biosecurity regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support crop production technology systems, software, and precision agriculture tools while maintaining accurate operational data and reporting.
- Coordinate agronomy programs, including soil sampling, crop records, precision mapping, inventory management, and agronomic data analysis.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, purchase orders, and work orders to support efficient operations.
- Oversee compliance and documentation for government programs, crop insurance, and regulatory reporting.

- Provide backup support for crop accounting and commodity purchasing during peak seasons and other critical business periods.
