Make sure they keep in mind possible inclement weather days and so that they don’t get overworked days leading up to possible inclement weather. Keep rest in mind.

Whiparound Inspection App
- Set up meetings with internal employees to get whiparound app downloaded and in use
- Pre-trip inspections have been effective with fixing defects promptly.
Winter Prep:
– Discussed icy parking lots and tried to come up with a game plan on how to treat them.
-rock chips, get plowed off with the next snow
-sand blows right off with the wind.
-Discussed getting some treated sand.
-New tow ropes are needed for the tow truck. New lights need to be ordered for those as well. (bulbs I believe_
New Air Compressor Lines for Shop:
- Just waiting to get those installed.
- Hopeful to get a new air compressor after the new lines are installed.
Truck Shop Overnight Shift:
-Still just working on an on call night shift.
